We were legally married on June 21st with our immediate families in attendance and we’re looking forward to celebrating our marriage with all of you in August at our reception!

August 8th will be a fun and joyous day, we’ve been looking forward to seeing all our favourite people in one place. The commitment we made to each other was to continuing building a life full of love and joy and that wouldn’t be possible without our community.

What to expect:

Please arrive by 5:30 for cocktail hour. Try our signature cocktails and eat some yummy snacks while you reconnect with old friends and those you’ve met before. Play a friendly game of Wedding Guest Guess Who or scope out the wedding favours and try to strategize with your table to nab your favourites first!

At dinner, we’re going to ask you to be brave and sit with someone you might not know. We’ve curated our seating chart based on *vibes* rather than who you came with, we hope you’ll make a new friend or deepen an existing friendship! There will be some friendly competition to help get the conversation flowing and dining will be family style. We will rotate through different tables throughout the meal so we can spend time with all of you.

After dinner, you’ll get to reunite with your friends (or maybe you’ll be having so much fun with your new ones that it won’t matter!) and we’ll move into some short speeches before a musical performance by our dear friends David and Steffanie. We’ll see where the night (and wine) takes us from there until a late night snack to revive you before you head home around midnight.

The plan:
